Dalede Terms of Service

Overview

Dalede is available only for lawful personal use under this agreement. If you keep using the app, you are choosing to follow these Terms.

Rules for Using Dalede

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the operator of Dalede. They cover app access, app materials, AI output, purchases, updates, and related communications.

You are responsible for deciding whether Dalede fits your needs. Extra rules shown in the app or by the app store may also apply when they are presented to you.

Eligibility and No-Account Access

You may use Dalede only if you can legally enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you. If you use Dalede for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Dalede does not require an account with us. You are responsible for keeping your device, platform credentials, and local app access secure, and we are not responsible for platform or device limits outside our reasonable control.

Limited App License

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dalede on devices you own or control. The license is subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store or platform that provided the app.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, scrape, interfere with, or misuse Dalede or any part of it, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Your Responsibilities

You must use Dalede lawfully and reasonably. You are responsible for content you provide, choices you make after using app materials, and activity that occurs through your device or platform credentials.

You must not use Dalede to:

• break the law, violate rights, or evade platform rules;
• provide content you are not allowed to submit;
• bypass security, payment, access, or technical limits;
• disrupt, overload, test, or interfere with app systems;
• extract, resell, train on, or redistribute app output in violation of these Terms or law;
• support harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal activity.

Content You Provide

You keep your ownership rights in content you provide, subject to rights already held by others. You give us a limited license to process, transmit, display, store, and use that content as needed to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and support Dalede and to comply with legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. Do not provide content that is unlawful, confidential without authorization, or otherwise inappropriate for processing by an AI-enabled service.

We are not required to monitor every item. We may remove, restrict, or decline to process content when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates legal or operational risk, burdens the service, or may harm Dalede, users, providers, or third parties.

AI Output and User Decisions

Dalede uses AI processing to create app output. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances, and it may differ from what a qualified person would provide.

Dalede is not professional advice, emergency assistance, legal advice, medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, or any other regulated service. For emergencies or professional needs, contact qualified services or professionals in your area.

We do not promise that output will meet your expectations or resolve any particular matter. You remain responsible for decisions made during or after use of Dalede.

One-Time In-App Purchases

Dalede may offer one-time in-app purchases through Apple or another app store platform. The applicable platform handles payment processing, taxes, refunds, family sharing, restoration, and technical purchase requirements.

Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, a purchase gives the access or digital benefit described when you confirm payment and is not recurring. We do not control whether Apple or another platform approves refunds, reversals, chargebacks, tax changes, or restorations.

You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before payment. If a purchase cannot be verified, is declined, is reversed, or otherwise fails through the platform, related access may be unavailable or removed.

Dalede Ownership Rights

Dalede, including its software, interface, design, name, app materials, technology, and marks, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You may not use Dalede branding, materials, or technical components in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, resale rights, or ownership without written permission. We may use feedback you provide without payment or confidentiality obligations.

Outside Services and Platform Terms

Dalede may rely on third-party systems, app stores, operating systems, hosting, analytics, AI infrastructure, payment processors, and other providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

We are not responsible for systems we do not control. Provider outages, decisions, restrictions, or changes may affect Dalede's availability or performance.

Privacy Policy Link

Dalede's Privacy Policy describes how information related to the app is processed, retained, shared, and protected. Your use of Dalede is also subject to that policy.

Because Dalede can process content you provide, review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal or sensitive information. These Terms control use obligations and access rights, while the Privacy Policy addresses privacy handling.

Warranty Disclaimer

Dalede is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

We do not promise that Dalede will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, available in every location, or capable of producing a particular result. App output and availability may change because of technology, law, platform rules, or operational needs.

Where certain disclaimers are not allowed, they apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, device issues, business interruption, or other intangible losses related to Dalede or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to Dalede or these Terms will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the specific in-app purchase giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

These limits apply under any legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or otherwise, even if a remedy does not achieve its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow the limit.

Your Indemnity Obligations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of Dalede, its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Dalede, content you provide, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may control the defense of any indemnified matter, including counsel selection and settlement strategy. You must cooperate reasonably and may not settle a claim in a way that imposes obligations on us without our written consent.

Access Suspension and Ending Use

We may suspend, restrict, or end access to Dalede if we reasonably believe there has been a Terms violation, legal risk, security concern, misuse, platform requirement, payment verification issue, or operational need.

You may stop using Dalede at any time by deleting the app or discontinuing use. Sections that should continue by their nature will survive, including ownership, purchase terms, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and notice rules.

Updates to Dalede or These Terms

Dalede may change over time. We may add, remove, modify, or limit app functions, materials, technical requirements, or availability without promising that any particular output or capability will remain unchanged.

We may update these Terms when practices, legal duties, platform requirements, or business needs change. For material changes, notice may be provided through the app, an app store listing, or another reasonable channel. Later use after updated Terms are available means you accept the revised Terms.

Version Information

This Terms of Service version is effective May 20, 2026 and was last revised May 20, 2026.

Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of your governing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts or other competent forums in that jurisdiction may be used for claims that cannot be resolved informally, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Nothing in this section limits non-waivable rights available under consumer protection laws that apply where you live.

Legal notices about these Terms must be sent to support@dalede.app and must identify Dalede and the notice subject. We may request reasonable information needed to verify and answer the notice.
