Dalede Privacy Scope

This policy covers personal information and related records connected with Dalede. It applies when you use the app, send a request, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with systems that support Dalede.

In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator responsible for Dalede. "You" means the person using Dalede or making a privacy request connected with it.

Use Without Registration

Dalede can be used without creating an account with us. Because there is no registered profile for us to search, some requests may depend on the limited identifiers or context that are available from the app, your device, your platform provider, or your message to us.

We may ask for reasonable details when needed to locate records or confirm that a request is valid. We will not ask for more information than we reasonably need for that purpose.

Dalede may process information you choose to provide, app records created during use, technical signals, settings, purchase confirmations, support messages, and legal request materials. The amount and type of information involved depends on how Dalede is used and what records are available to us.

The app may also create or receive related operational records, including output records, timing information, diagnostics, and integrity logs. These records are handled under this policy when they are personal information or are linked to a privacy request.

We use information connected with Dalede to provide the app, process content, operate AI functions, maintain reliability, handle purchases, respond to requests, enforce rules, prevent misuse, and meet legal duties.

We may review limited records when needed to investigate errors, protect rights, address security concerns, or comply with law. Processing should remain proportionate to the purpose and consistent with Dalede's no-registration structure.

AI Processing and Output Context

Dalede uses AI processing to generate app output from content and related context. This processing may involve automated systems and service providers that help operate, secure, test, and maintain the app.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for important decisions. For privacy purposes, both submitted content and resulting output may be retained or reviewed when reasonably needed for operation, safety, support, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

You should not provide content that you do not want processed by an AI-enabled service. If a request concerns AI-related records, we may need enough broad context to identify the records at issue.

Content You Provide

You are responsible for the content you add to Dalede. By providing content, you understand that it may be processed to make the app work, maintain app integrity, support lawful operations, and address legal or operational needs.

You should have the right to provide any content you submit. If content includes information about another person, you are responsible for making sure your submission is lawful and appropriate.

Content may be kept for limited periods when needed for operation, troubleshooting, compliance, misuse prevention, or request handling. We do not commit to manually reviewing every item, and deletion requests depend on the records we can reasonably locate.

International Processing for Global Use

Dalede is offered for a global audience, so information may be processed outside your country or region. Privacy and data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

When information is processed internationally, we use reasonable measures designed to support lawful handling. These may include contractual controls, vendor review, access limits, security measures, and other safeguards suited to the processing involved.

Retention of App Records

We keep Dalede records for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were collected or created. Relevant purposes include providing the app, maintaining security, addressing technical issues, administering purchases, answering requests, preserving legal evidence, and meeting compliance duties.

Different records may have different lifecycles. When records are no longer needed, we may delete them, de-identify them, aggregate them, or limit access to them.

A deletion or limitation request will be reviewed against available records and applicable obligations. Some information may be kept where needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, security, or backup integrity.

Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, transfer, or withdraw consent for certain processing. These rights may be limited by verification needs, unavailable records, legal duties, safety requirements, or other people's rights.

You can also reduce some processing by adjusting available device, platform, or app settings and by choosing what content to provide. If a platform provider controls a transaction or record directly, that provider may need to handle the request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, vendor requirements, retention limits, monitoring, and internal procedures.

No networked service can be made completely secure. You should use care when deciding what content to provide and when protecting your device.

Children's Privacy

Dalede is not intended for children below the minimum age required to use online services in their location. We do not knowingly seek children's personal information for independent marketing or profiling.

A parent, guardian, or authorized person may submit a privacy request if they believe a child's information requires review.

Section 15

Outside Services and Platform Providers

Dalede may depend on outside providers for technical operations, distribution, AI processing, diagnostics, security, payment handling, and similar support. Those providers may apply their own terms or policies when they control the relevant service relationship.

In-app purchases are handled through the applicable app platform, including Apple where Apple processes the transaction. We may receive limited purchase records needed to confirm access, address misuse, provide support, or comply with law, while payment credentials and billing controls are generally managed by the platform.

Policy Updates

We may revise this policy when Dalede changes, legal requirements develop, provider arrangements change, or our privacy practices need clarification. This version became effective May 20, 2026 and was last revised May 20, 2026.

For material updates, we will provide notice in a reasonable way, such as through the app, the platform listing, or another appropriate channel. Later use of Dalede is covered by the updated policy once it is made available.
